This is an opportunity for a Principal Analog IC Designer to join a successful and established company in the vibrant and popular city of Bristol, UK.
The company is seeking an experienced Principal Analog IC Designer with direct experience working on Automotive products through the design process from definition to production release. You will take on a technical lead role for significant chip developments and will be a leading member of the team and will be making key architectural decisions whilst delivering new and innovative design solutions. Working alongside the wider engineering team working towards product success, you will be responsible for supporting and mentoring more junior engineers.
The successful applicant will have 15+ years of relevant industry experience in Analog IC design along with a solid understanding of CMOS Analog circuit design practices. You will have previous experience as the technical lead on chip developments and have experience of Automotive development process and Functional Safety. Strong experience in Cadence tools and Calibre is required and ideally RF (10GHz +) design experience.
