This is an opportunity for an experienced Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer to join a world leading company based in Cork.

You will join a company that is a global semiconductor and be able to implement you Audio or power conversion knowledge into this role.

The Key responsibilities of the Principle Analog Design Engineer include:
  • Working on the IC block design and transistor-level circuit design and simulation.
  • Support various job functions including layout and lab evaluation.
  • Lead the architecture development of high performance devices
  • Work on the integration of blocks into larger mixed-signal systems 
  • Help to improve analog design methodologies compatible with the group's wider business objectives.
Additional requirements of the Principle Analog Design Engineer include:
  • BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of analog and mixed-signal electronics and flows.
  • Experience with switching power supply circuits.
  • Understanding of DAC/ADC design.
A candidate with strong leadership skills and excellent communication is needed for this role.
