Principal Embedded Software Engineer

Brand new position for a Principal Embedded Software Engineer. 

I am seeking a highly skilled individual with team lead ability to join a growing global company in the Embedded Safety and Security market based in central Bristol.

Suitable Principal Embedded Software Engineers will have 8 yrs plus experience in embedded software development with a strong understanding of embedded systems and real-time operating systems. 

It is highly desirable to have experience of  safety critical development  and an understanding of software development within a DO178C development environment is ideal.

In addition to your strong C programming expertise you will have demonstrated the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers. Suitable Principal Embedded Software Engineers will be strong decision-makers with excellent problem-solving skills, experience in managing projects  and the  ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,  You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Super salary to £70k - £80 depending on experience, great benefits and hybrid working. Visa support also available.
