You will be based in Cork for this role and work within a team helping to provide solutions for power conversion and interfacing systems.

The main responsibilities of the Principal Engineer - Architect will be:
- Work with a variety of product divisions to help with the re-usability of the IP.
- Help to work beside multiple groups within the business.
- Help to establish requirements for external IP.
- Work on detailed design objective specifications for a range of products.
- Experience in low-power IC design.
- Modelling experience in motor control and power conversion.
- Use of power simulation tools such as PSIM
- Use of digital simulation tools such as Verilog HDL, System Verilog, and Matlab Simulink.
