As a Principal Power Electronics Engineer, lead projects in the design, simulation, assembly, and testing of advanced power electronics systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical aspects of collaborative and commercial power electronics R&D projects.
  • Optimise circuit topologies using SiC and GaN devices for enhanced power efficiency.
  • Evaluate and optimise PCB designs for superior electromagnetic and thermal performance.
  • Collaborate across engineering functions to deliver groundbreaking cross-functional products.
  • Report technical progress and oversee delivery of critical sub-assemblies.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in power electronics design within automotive or similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of SiC/GaN power switching technologies and analog/digital circuits.
  • Advanced degree in power electronics with a track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Proficiency in multi-discipline engineering activities and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Desirable Skills:

  • Systems engineering approach, embedded systems control, EDA/PCB design.
  • Experience in prototype translation and engineering lifecycle management.
