- Establish and lead a Project Management Office to optimise processes and ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Manage and deliver complex technical projects from a strategic perspective, ensuring objectives are met within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and product development, to achieve project success.
- Provide strategic direction to project teams, anticipating challenges and proactively implementing solutions.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to build and expand your team as the company scales.
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within areas such as quantum computing, ASIC design, or R&D- deep tech environments.
- A track record of setting up project management processes.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance big-picture goals and day-to-day project execution.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to be on-site in Leeds or Bristol at least once a week.
