Principal RF Engineer

We are currently working with a worldwide leading wireless broadband solutions provider looking to bring a Principal RF Engineer into their RF design team to support driving layout and designing detailed RF circuits.

In this position as a Principal RF Design Engineer, you will liaise with the Systems Architect and Systems Team to agree on specifications regarding RF design. In addition to this you will be involved with the design of Transmitters and Receivers. You will also be supporting on the requirements for production test and calibration whilst also agreeing design verification test results and implementing design improvements based on those results.

 Experience as a Principal RF Design Engineer:

• Experience of designing RF circuits at the component level for manufacturing.
• Experience of using CAD tools for design (preferably ADS & CST).
• Experienced in guiding layouts of printed circuit boards for RF designs.
• Good understanding of RF system analysis and modelling techniques.
