Principal RF Engineer

We are working with an innovative client in the Eindhoven area who is at the forefront of integrated photonics. They’re looking for an experienced Principal RF Engineer to join their team. Key Responsibilities as a Principal RF Engineer:

• Lead the design, development, and optimisation of RF systems on InP.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor a team of engineers.
• Engage with customers to translate their requirements into tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and implementation.
• Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What They’re Looking For in a Principal RF Engineer:

• Ph.D, MSc or equivalent experience in Electrical or RF Engineering.
• RF design experience in a commercial setting.
• Strong skills in RF design tools and a proven track record of project leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles.
