This global semiconductor developer is seeking to strengthen their team in Munich. They now seek several forward thinking, innovative Software and Systems Architects to be involved in the development of the next generation of their power electronics, systems and sensors aimed at emerging renewable energy, E-mobility and industrial robotics applications. These are exceptional opportunities for high calibre Software and Systems Architects who are committed to driving future sustainable renewable, green energy application development projects. The Software and Systems Architects will be responsible for identifying, defining and analysing new system and software architecture opportunities for power conversion, sensor and processor chipsets, system partitioning and software stack development. Working with multi-skilled, multi-location teams the Software and Systems Architects will make a major contribution to next generation key technologies relating to sustainability and carbon neutrality in automotive, industrial and renewable energy applications.
Having completed your technical education, ideally you will have gained experience developing embedded software under RTOS or Linux in C and C++. You will have led cross functional teams and developed new architectures for power electronic systems (controllers, inverters, converters, storage, sensors, EV charging systems, processors etc.) and have an understanding of how the components in power electronic systems come together in the final product. You will also be able to demonstrate a track record in new product innovation, development and delivery coupled while always having a view on next generation emerging technologies.
