Our client is looking for a Principal Test Engineer. This role involves developing semiconductor testing solutions for mass production. You will lead teams, manage external partners, and align your work with overall project plans.

- Design and develop industrial test facilities for high-volume production.
- Lead discussions with technical experts and influence project decisions.
- Train others and adapt messages across disciplines.
- Analyse and solve complex problems, and drive necessary changes in projects.
- Ensure high-quality product and test solutions, meeting time-to-market and cost goals.
- Develop a vision for departmental expertise and strategy.
- MSc in Electrical Engineering or industry experience.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Experienced with Advantest SMT8 is highly desirable
- Experienced with Analog Mixed Signal or Digital High Speed
- Strong communication, project management skills, and willingness to travel (~10% of the time)
- Technical expertise and leadership.

- Organisational and planning capabilities.
