Process Engineering Lead

Our dynamic Eindhoven based client is currently searching for a Process Engineering Lead to lead the metallization process team within the factory. The role will involve defining road-maps and delivery of metallization processes within the wafer fab environment. Managing a small team will be an important part of the role, and leading team members to achieve their goals. The role will support the VP Process Engineering and the senior management team.

Required skills for the Process Engineering Lead will include:

• In-depth semiconductor (Sputtering/Evaporation/Electroplating) and /or back-end processes (Grinding/Polishing/Cleaving) knowledge
• Process improvement and statistical tools knowledge FMEA, SPC, DoE
• Managerial and leadership experience
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Degree qualified
