Process Specialist - GaN/SiC

Our international client is currently searching for talent within the GaN and also SiC technology process development areas. The roles will involve the development and support of new process development with a focus on GaN or SiC products, as well as supporting and defining the the implementation of parameters for improving yield and reliability of new products.

Required skills for the Process Specialist - GaN/SiC will include:

• Strong knowledge of GaN or SiC technologies
• Previous experience of working within a wafer fab environment
• Device physics and process expertise
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn German
• Masters Degree or equivalent
