Location: Bern, Switzerland

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global electronics/IC manufacturer, seeking a Product Quality Manager to join their well established Quality department. You will be responsible for the control and application of the business management system and continuous improvement of product development.

Responsibilities:

• Product development, validation, qualification and test reviews with internal teams
• Continuous improvement and deployment within the organisation
• Customer facing quality tasks such as receiving customer request and presenting APQP deployment
• Change management and risk analysis for products.
• FMEA championing, establishing compliant application of FMEA

Your Profile & Ideal Requirements:

• Background in customer facing and ideally automotive quality.
• Experience with IC/electronic module, assembly and test operations is a strict requirement.
• Good technical knowledge of VDA 6.3/5 and IATF16949
• Core quality tools knowledge and methodology such as PFMEA/DFMEA etc.
