About the Role  

As a the Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects from inception to market delivery, managing complex global supply chains, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing project plans, budgets, and schedules.  
• Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.

Experience

• Experience in project management within photonics or semiconductor industries.  
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, with a strong understanding of photonics or semiconductor manufacturing processes.  
• Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.  
• Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
