I am currently working with a company developing a cutting-edge semiconductor technology who are looking for an experienced Project or Programme Manager to join them in the next phase of their growth. They are on a mission to drive innovation from conception to product launch, covering both hardware and software aspects. Offering the successful candidate the opportunity to work in either Paris, Grenoble or Sophia Antipolis in a growing team of project managers.
As the Programme Manager, you will lead Semiconductor Platform Development projects from ideation to launch. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments including Management, Sales & Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Finance to ensure successful project delivery.

As the Programme Manager, you will lead Semiconductor Platform Development projects from ideation to launch. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments including Management, Sales & Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Finance to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the technical roadmap in alignment with product requirements.
- Plan project phases, allocate resources, and manage budgets effectively.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report to management.
- Drive the development of new procedures and tools for project management and reporting.
- Foster positive relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Proficient in traditional and agile project management methodologies.
- Expertise in microprocessor design flow and subcontractor management.
- Strong writing and communication skills for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to analyse and prioritise information using Excel and databases.
- Experience in managing technical teams and projects in the semiconductor industry.
