Programme Manager - Wireless Division

We are looking for a Technical Programme Manager to spearhead the development of cutting-edge 5G technology at the heart of our client's core product line. As the bridge between the teams responsible for software development and chipset integration, you’ll play a critical role in driving innovation and ensuring seamless communication between all technical departments.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all projects relating to development initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee the coordination between chipset development teams and software engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, product management, and other stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Stay up-to-date with 5G industry trends and ensure the team is aligned with best practices and cutting-edge technology.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Project Manager in the tech sector, ideally with a focus on 5G or wireless communication technologies.
• Strong background in software development and the development of chipset/electronics.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical details into clear, actionable tasks.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (Master’s preferred).
