You’ll work closely with engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project progress is effectively tracked and reported.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update detailed project plans, tracking key milestones and dependencies
- Organise and coordinate weekly project meetings and daily stand-ups
- Support teams with scheduling, reporting, and documentation
- Track and monitor project progress, highlighting risks and dependencies
- Liaise with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute project status reports
- Assist in managing resource allocation and timelines
- Experience in project coordination within an electronics or technology environment
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
- Experience with Jira and other project management tools
