A dynamic and experienced Project Manager is sought to join a team in Moderna. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various projects within the organisation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and a proven track record of successful project management.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
- Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment to maximise productivity and innovation.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
