Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and maintain project plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and resolve resource conflicts.
- Provide technical support to the team for decision-making.
- Deliver regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documents are current, complete, and properly stored.
- Match project resource requirements to available company resources, including personnel, build capacity, and testing equipment.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams in a smaller company setting.
- Familiarity with complex instruments that integrate software, hardware, electronics, optics, and mechanical systems.
- Semiconductor industry experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyse complex problems and deliver integrated, creative solutions.
- Strong presentation skills, able to effectively communicate with both small and large audiences.
