Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical projects, ensuring innovative, high-quality product delivery.
- Work closely with small teams of specialist engineers across software, electronics, and mechanical disciplines.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, risk registers, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to refine project requirements and steer progress.
- Contribute to product roadmaps and deliver documentation such as user guides and datasheets.
- Proven experience managing high-technical-content projects, ideally in new product development.
- A background in engineering, with prior hands-on experience in roles across software, electronics, or mechanical engineering.
- Strong project management skills; certifications such as PRINCE2 are a bonus.
- A passion for innovation and a can-do approach to product development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate diverse teams.
