Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to uphold and enhance our commitment to high-quality, customer-oriented standards. They are a premier provider of cutting-edge semiconductor image sensors, delivering comprehensive solutions from design to manufacturing, assembly, and characterisation.

Objectives of the Quality Assurance Manager:
  • Implement and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification.
  • Establish and sustain a quality assurance label with all supply chain partners.
  • Enhance continuous improvement methodologies across R&D, engineering, and industrialisation activities.
  • Introduce and maintain a Code of Conduct program.
  • Ensure compliance with customer quality assurance programs.
Responsibilities for the Quality Assurance Manager:
  • Develop, document, and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Interpret and comply with industry quality assurance standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, through collaboration with certification agencies.
  • Formalise business behavior expectations in a Code of Conduct program, including clear company positioning on Sustainable Development Goals.
  • Maintain complaint and non-conformance processing through tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Define, implement, and train on appropriate document management systems and KPIs.
  • Improve standards within R&D engineering and production departments.
  • Identify training needs and ensure company wide compliance.
  • Conduct and maintain quality assurance audits with suppliers and customers to build long-term partnerships.
Job Specific Requirements for the Quality Assurance Manager:
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance specialist.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to implement a Quality focused approach 
  • Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, tools, and (ISO) certification programs.
  • Proficiency in best practices for relevant R&D engineering processes, document management, version control, and defect management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to make high-impact decisions within the company and in interactions with customers and supply chain partners.
