Are you an experienced Quality Engineer looking for an opportunity to lead quality initiatives in a dynamic technical environment? Our client is seeking a Quality Manager to maintain and enhance our systems, support continuous improvement, and drive quality excellence.

- Oversee, maintain and combine the Quality Management System (ISO9001)
- Lead a small team of quality-focused professionals.
- Define and maintain operating procedures and support the development of work instructions.
- Implement continuous improvement activities using methodologies like Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma.
- Conduct internal audits and manage external audits, including certifications and client reviews.
- Develop quality KPIs and control strategies.
- Promote a culture of quality through training and collaboration across teams.
- Experience in quality management within a technical, electronics/semiconductor engineering environment.
- Fluent in French & English
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and familiarity with other automotive standards (e.g., VDA6.3, IATF 16949).
- Hands-on experience with continuous improvement techniques.
- Proven ability to lead audits and ensure compliance with quality frameworks.
- A competitive salary of €75k-€90k.
