Quality Manager

Are you an experienced Quality Engineer looking for an opportunity to lead quality initiatives in a dynamic technical environment? Our client is seeking a Quality Manager to maintain and enhance our systems, support continuous improvement, and drive quality excellence.

In this Quality Manager role, you will:

• Oversee, maintain and combine the Quality Management System (ISO9001)
• Lead a small team of quality-focused professionals.
• Define and maintain operating procedures and support the development of work instructions.
• Implement continuous improvement activities using methodologies like Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma.
• Conduct internal audits and manage external audits, including certifications and client reviews.
• Develop quality KPIs and control strategies.
• Promote a culture of quality through training and collaboration across teams.

Requirements for the Quality Manager:

• Experience in quality management within a technical, electronics/semiconductor engineering environment.
• Fluent in French & English
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and familiarity with other automotive standards (e.g., VDA6.3, IATF 16949).
• Hands-on experience with continuous improvement techniques.
• Proven ability to lead audits and ensure compliance with quality frameworks.
