Job Title: Quality Manager

Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands 

I'm currently seeking an experience Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer looking to progress their career to join an established Quality department working on automotive semiconductor. You will be an important figurehead in the Quality department, working on the definition, implementation and qualification improvements working towards zero defects. 

Responsibilities:

• Qualification requirement management and improvement. 
• Work on NPI reliability and cost reductions
• Give technical guidance of defective developments using tests such as HTOL, EDR etc. 
• Define Failure Mode qualifications using Automotive standards such as JADEC, AEC etc.
• Lead teams to resolve customer

Your Profile & Ideal Requirements:

• Background in the semiconductor industry with experience in device and process knowledge.
• Experience in Quality Management to automotive standards.
• Reliability tool experience - HTOL, ELFR etc.
• Good technical knowledge of VDA 6.3/5 and IATF16949
