We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced R&D Project Manager to join our client based in Madrid, you will be joining dynamic team working on the development of electronics for automotive application. As the R&D Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our team leaders to achieve the goals set for the development of their product. This includes ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company objectives and public grant program requirements.

- Develop comprehensive project plans and oversee the execution of tasks to meet project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.
- Manage project budget, plan, and schedule timelines while tracking deliverables.
- Implement and manage changes and interventions to achieve project goals in collaboration with team leaders.
- Monitor and report on project status and progress regularly.
- Present reports on project progress, problems, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Proven working experience in SW/HW development project management, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
- Ability to analyze requirements to ensure project scope is met.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
