Regional Sales Manager - Electronics – Sweden.

€70,000-€90,000 plus excellent benefits including quarterly bonus!

My client is actively searching for a Regional Sales Manager required for a reputable and rapidly growing electronics distributor with offices across the globe. 

Suitable candidates will ideally have a strong track record of sales within RF & Microwave components; however, this could be flexible for candidates with a strong technical electronics background and experience working within the distribution side of the semiconductor industry. 

You will be responsible for managing sales budgets and forecasting sales activity for your region, and meeting clients to develop sales for your distributor. You will be comfortable working from both home and office environment, with travel across Sweden and the Nordics. This would include occasional overnight stays and international travel for training and supplier visits. 

Requirements:
  • Degree qualified/Higher Education within Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related subject 
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience working within the distribution of semiconductors industry
  • Experience with RF and Microwave components would be advantageous
  • Be comfortable presenting to customers and holding technical conversations
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • Flexible with a willingness to travel up to 50% of your time
Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for the sales budgets and forecasting across Sweden, Norway and Denmark and be expected to provide technical support to customers regarding their product selection.  However, you will also have technical and internal sales support from inside the company. 
  • You will also be working very closely with suppliers to define marketing and sales plans and to lead them across the region. 
  • You will be providing customers with technical support towards product selection, marketing support and discussions with manufacturers to lead your Sales Region.
