A leading technology company is looking for a Renewals Account Manager to drive customer retention and revenue growth in the DACH region. This role focuses on managing contract renewals, cross-selling, and up selling within a defined customer base, ensuring strong relationships and continued business success.

Hybrid role in Frankfurt.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the renewal process to maintain or expand annual recurring revenue (ARR)
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through contract renewals, cross-selling, and up selling
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and create tailored value propositions
  • Plan and prioritise sales activities, including proactive customer outreach and targeted campaigns
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive trust
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring a seamless renewal process
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights
Key Requirements
  • 2–5 years’ experience in B2B customer service, renewals, business development, or customer support (ideally within SaaS or IT)
  • Strong customer-focused and results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a structured, solution-oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Fluent in German and English (French is a plus)
