Key Responsibilities
- Manage the renewal process to maintain or expand annual recurring revenue (ARR)
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through contract renewals, cross-selling, and up selling
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and create tailored value propositions
- Plan and prioritise sales activities, including proactive customer outreach and targeted campaigns
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive trust
- Act as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring a seamless renewal process
- Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights
- 2–5 years’ experience in B2B customer service, renewals, business development, or customer support (ideally within SaaS or IT)
- Strong customer-focused and results-driven approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a structured, solution-oriented approach
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Fluent in German and English (French is a plus)
