We are seeking an experienced Architect/Senior Staff Engineer to lead innovation and development in the field of automotive sensors. This role is instrumental in designing and optimising advanced sensor solutions, including pressure, position, current, and torque sensors, using analog and BCD process technologies.

With over 20 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sensor technology for automotive applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance safety, performance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architecture and development of advanced automotive sensor systems, focusing on pressure, position, current, and torque sensing technologies.
  • Drive innovation in analog and BCD process technologies to develop high-performance and reliable sensor solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including IC designers, MEMS engineers, and system architects, to ensure seamless integration of sensor technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer requirements and industry trends to develop next-generation sensor architectures.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive standards and regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sensor design methodologies and processes.
Requirements:
  • 20+ years of experience in the development and architecture of automotive sensors.
  • Expertise in pressure, position, current, and torque sensors.
  • Deep knowledge of analog and BCD process technologies.
  • Proven track record of leading technical projects and developing innovative sensor solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with automotive standards and quality requirements.
