RF IC Design Engineer

I am recruiting an experienced RF IC Design Engineer to join a reputable organisation in Finland, renowned as a pioneering technology company at the forefront of research in advanced telecommunication systems and quantum computing components.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Design and develop innovative RFIC solutions using CMOS and/or SiGe BiCMOS technologies.
• Perform detailed simulations and verification of RFIC designs.
• Conduct hands-on testing and debugging of RFICs in a lab setting to ensure functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate RFIC designs into larger systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RFIC design and related technologies.

I am looking for an individual with experience in the following areas:

• A PhD in Integrated Circuit Design, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in RFIC design, with expertise in CMOS and/or SiGe BiCMOS technologies.
• Proven hands-on experience testing RFICs in a laboratory setting, including the use of advanced testing equipment.
• Familiarity with the full RFIC design cycle, from concept to production.
• Strong understanding of RF system architecture and performance requirements.
• Experience with EDA tools for RFIC design and layout.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
