RF Test Engineer

We’re hiring an experienced RF Test Engineer to join our rapidly growing company based in Cambridge, specialising in the design and development of wireless communication devices.

As the RF Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing measurement systems for evaluation and characterisation. You’ll create scripts for test systems and maintain detailed, accurate documentation of all measurement results.

Experience required for this RF Test Engineer position:

• Strong understanding of RF concepts, including S-parameters, impedance matching, gain, noise figure.
• Experience with RF test equipment.
• Knowledge of RF measurement standards and compliance testing.
• Ability to understand and interpret schematics and RF system-level diagrams.
• Experience in scripting for test automation.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.

Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be required to commute to Cambridge reliably, 4–5 days per week.
