We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to drive training, content creation, and process optimisation for our sales teams and re-sellers. This role focuses on equipping sales professionals with the tools, knowledge, and strategies needed to close deals effectively.

Remote role in Europe

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Training: Develop and deliver impactful onboarding and ongoing training (including Challenger Sales methodology) for internal teams and re sellers
  • Sales Content Creation: Build and maintain high-impact materials such as presentations, case studies, and battle cards, ensuring alignment with Product Marketing
  • Sales Playbooks: Create structured playbooks for key sales scenarios, optimising sales motions
  • Coaching & Mentorship: Provide targeted coaching to sales reps to improve sales skills and process adherence
  • Salesforce & HubSpot Enablement: Train teams on CRM best practices, ensuring effective usage for sales efficiency
  • Competitive Intelligence: Gather and share key market insights to refine sales strategies
  • Content Management: Maintain and organise sales enablement content within Salesforce/HubSpot for easy access
  • Sales Process Reinforcement: Develop initiatives to reinforce the sales process and ensure consistent adoption
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role
  • Strong background in sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sales) and sales process improvement
  • Experience creating sales content and training materials
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
