Sales Manager – Semiconductor IP

Looking to lead strategic sales in cutting-edge tech? A global innovator in semiconductor IP is hiring a Sales Manager to drive growth across the embedded systems space.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you’ll manage top-tier accounts and uncover new business opportunities within the embedded software and RISC-V ecosystem.

Your Mission:
  • Own and grow key customer relationships in the semiconductor IP and embedded market.
  • Drive full-cycle sales — from prospecting to close — across Europe.
  • Work cross-functionally with technical and product teams to align solutions with customer needs.Forecast and report pipeline activity with accuracy and strategic insight.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Relevant technical degree, or equivalent, in electronic engineering.
  • Proven experience in enterprise or B2B tech sales, ideally in semiconductor IP with an understanding of embedded technologies for semiconductor.
  • Strong track record in closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Ability to speak both technical and commercial languages with engineering and C-level teams.
  • Self-starter mentality with a consultative sales approach.
