Semiconductor IP Sales Manager/ Director (Taiwan)
A new startup IP company based in the bay area, California, US is looking for a sales hunter (Semiconductor IP Sales Manager) to lead the business growth in Taiwan, with the fastest processor than others in the market.
Reporting to the VP of Sales & Business development in the US, your role as a Semiconductor IP Sales Manager is fully remote inside Taiwan, with extensive travelling to visit customers.
This is an ideal opportunity for entrepreneurial individual who wants to build their own team and work out autonomous to escape from stuffy K.P.I.
Salary ranged from USD$ 130-150K+, depends on ability.
Flexible commission, could be a 50/50 split.

Requirements
- Self-motivated and proactive, you flex to try new approaches and creatively solve problems.
- Seek continuous growth and improvement, and seek data to prove your hypotheses.
- Diligent and deliberate in your work, leveraging your expertise to deliver results.
- Build relationships across various customers in APAC, setup meetings with target customers.
- B.S in Electric Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Semiconductor IP Sales experience in the field of embedded processors.
- In-depth understanding/ experience in ARM product will be a PLUS.
- Willing to travels within Taiwan and APAC regions with occasional visit to HQ in the US.
