Semiconductor Process Engineer - MOCVD

Our leading edge, dynamic new start-up client is currently searching for a Semiconductor MOCVD Process Engineer to join the team in Cambridge. The role will involve development of MOCVD epitaxy processes to support company projects. Delivering epitaxial wafers into technology projects will be an important part of the role as well as documenting and implementing epitaxy R&D practices.Providing technical support to the production team will be required.

Required skills for the Semiconductor MOCVD Process Engineer will include:

• Strong MOCVD epitaxy of GaN structures experience
• Compound semiconductor materials and device knowledge (Gallium Nitiride, GaN LED)
• Hands-on cleanroom process experience 
• Excellent communication skills
• PhD Physics, materials, engineering or equivalent
