Semiconductor Test Engineer

A growing fabless semiconductor developing ultra-low power and secure wireless SOC systems is seeking a Semiconductor Test Engineer to join their team.

As a Semiconductor Test Engineer you will have a number of core responsibilities that include:

• ATE test development
• Probe card design
• Load board design
• Supporting DFT

To be considered for the Semiconductor Test Engineer opportunity you must have experience with mixed-signal test development, experience on Teradyne or Advantest test platforms such as Uflex or v93K, experience working with subcontractors for probe card and load board design, and ideally a strong understanding of IoT market constraints.
