Analog | Mixed Signal | RFIC Design
This is a new opportunity for a Senior Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer who will be working with a multi-disciplinary research team in UK, as well as other Engineers in US and China, to design and optimise Analog chips for the next generation of integrated silicon photonics devices while supporting the Group's other research and development activities.
By joining this unique R&D centre, the Senior Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer will be part of a dynamic team that is continuously moving forward and driving the future of silicon photonics technology.
In this role the Senior Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer will be tasked with designing, verifying and documenting Analog/Mixed-signal blocks and subsystems (such as driver, TIA, ADC, DAC). You will define system architecture and product specifications together with the team, as well as design and debug IC layout and implement ESD circuits.
Collaborating with PCB/layout and photonics engineers to implement the system, you will also identify and research on novel solutions and draft patent applications when appropriate and will take on a lead role in Analog/mixed-signal IC design, implementation and characterisation.
Industry degree qualified you will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience in Analog/Mixed Signal IC design and have a deep understanding of Analog IC Design in CMOS.
Other experience required includes:
