My client is a fast growth cybersecurity software company developing market leading software products for the SME and enterprise markets.
They are looking to expand their technical support team by hiring a further Senior Customer Support Engineer.
This role will involve ensuring the success of global customer product trials, rollouts and post-implementation support, ensuring their products are available and functioning to ensure no downtime to customers, and managing this within agreed SLAs.
Ideally, you will have come from an SME tech company background and worked in a varied support role, and are happy to wear different hats when needed! Good communication skills are also essential.

Essential skills/experience required:
- In-depth hands-on technical implementation and customer support engineering experience
- Experience of working in a varied support role
- Excellent customer communication and interaction experience
- Experience of working with a broad range of OS & platforms (Windows, Linux, etc)
- Cybersecurity and network security product experience
- Service Management Qualifications (such as ISO 20,0000 Service Management or ITIL )
- Strong understanding of network deployment & configuration, firewalls, routers, etc
- CCNA, CompTIA Network+ or similar
- Experience supporting multiple products including Enterprise level products
- AWS experience (ideally AWS Cloud Practitioner certified, or equivalent)
- DevOps experience (Containers, Docker - maintaining CI)
- ISO processes
- Agile development processes
- Any team leading experience/exposure would be desirable, but not essential
