This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to head up a brand-new IC Design centre in Portugal.
Our client is a hugely successful multinational IC company entering a massive recruitment phase, looking to open a new ASIC Design centre either in Porto or Lisbon. The company is a renowned provider of green energy power solutions.
The Senior Design Manager will be tasked with recruiting, growing and managing a team of analog and mixed-signal IC designers, and be in charge of actively managing the entire product development cycle, from product definition through product release. The Senior Design Manager will also be responsible for general day to day functions in the Portugal office.

The Senior Design Manager will have:
- A BSc/MSc degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- A background in Analog / Mixed-signal IC design
- Experience within R&D Management
- Fluent language skills in English
- Any experience in power management IC design would be beneficial, but not essential
