Senior Device Engineer

Our international client is currently searching for a Senior Device Engineer to be based in Dresden.

The role will involve being responsible for development of cell and array characterisation, as well as simulation of the device. Development of innovative solutions and memory operation algorithms will also be part of the role.

The Senior Device Engineer will be required to work closely with process and circuit design engineers. 

Required skills for the Device Engineer will be as follows:

• Strong memory device physics knowledge (preferably NVM)
• Background from the semiconductor industry
• Strong communication skills
• Masters degree in physics, electrical engineering or similar
