Senior Digital IC Architect - AI Processor

Working for a cutting-edge semiconductor company, I am looking to recruit a Senior Digital IC Architect, to be responsible for the definition of new IP incorporating ground-breaking technology to revolutionise the AI processor market.

The applicant must be able to demonstrate significant experience of IP architecture definition, delivery and end to end design of digital-mixed-signal ICs.

Circa €100k+ (dependent on experience)

Key skills / requirements:

• BSc / MSc / PhD in Micro-electronics, physics, or similar filed
• 10+ years' experience in complex IP architecture
• Deep understanding of MCUs Subsystems, Memory Controllers, and memory architectures (e.g., SRAM, DDR, ROM, eFuse, HBM)
• Extensive experience of the full Digital ASIC Flow, RTL design, STA, synthesis, PnR and Debug methodologies (e.g., DFT, JTAG, Scan, BIST).
• Extensive knowledge of digital / analog-mixed-signal IP architecture, set-up / silicon bring-up, validation and all it's associated processes - filter, clock, PLL
• High-speed connectivity / protocols / interfaces - serdes, ethernet, PCIe etc
• IP design, system design, system architecture
• DSP / signal processing / communication protocols
• Digital-AMS chip development / digital to analog interfaces
• low-power, performance and optimisation
• low level software, firmware and embedded requirements - drivers, controllers etc.
