Senior Digital IC Design Engineer - North Rhine–Westphalia  - Innovative Wireless Communications Company!

A dynamic Semiconductor start-up in the wireless communications market that develops market-leading products is looking for an experienced and technology-driven Senior Digital IC Designer to join their small design team. 

This role is based in the beautiful town of Aachen in the West of Germany and is office based. A personal meeting will be part of your interview process and you will receive an attractive salary package as well as the opportunity to contribute to challenging projects and drive new developments.

Key Skills:

• Experience in RTL design for complex ASIC projects. 
• Involvement in a successful tapeout(s). 
• Knowledge of the design flow from RTL to GDS. 
• Knowledge of hardware description languages (Verilog or SystemVerilog). 
• Experience working on a mixed-signal IC is beneficial. 
• Knowledge of verification is a plus.
