Senior Embedded Engineer

A Senior Embedded Engineer is sought by this leading developer of wireless self-powered devices to be based at their R+D HQ in Munich (could also be based at the R+D centres in Copenhagen or Malmo).

The Senior Embedded Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing embedded systems for energy-harvesting wireless devices. The Senior Embedded Engineer will use their knowledge of radio technology, power-optimised embedded design and firmware development to deliver cutting-edge high performance, low-power solutions.

Your background and skills will be a mix of embedded software / firmware development, RF engineering, and wireless radio systems development. Specifically, the successful candidate will have excellent RF, proprietary radio (LoRa) and wireless communications protocol experience. Coupled with this you will need firmware development experience (C / C++) and a solid understanding of embedded IoT device development. Any experience of taking a product to market and dealing with field R+D issues would be beneficial.
