Senior Embedded Software Engineer

This leading developer of high-speed communications software and systems is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to expand their highly successful software team based in Dortmund. The Senior Embedded Software Engineer will be developing embedded software, software at SoC / bare-metal level and firmware in C and C++ for high-speed signal conditioning and serial communications systems. The Senior Embedded Software Engineer will be working as part of a high calibre multi-national development team developing multi-platform software.

You will be an experienced Embedded Software Engineer who is happy developing multi-platform real time software in C and C++ under Linux and / or RTOS. You should have experience writing software at SoC / bare-metal level with some experience writing Linux drivers. Any exposure to serial communications such as SerDes, I2C, SPI etc. would be beneficial as would some experience with PCIe or other high speed signalling technologies.

Candidates need to be based in, and fully authorised to work in, the EU.
