Senior Field Application Engineer

Do you have an understanding of embedded security products? IC Resources is seeking a hands-on Field Application Engineer to join our client's team. They're looking to bring in their first FAE to build their pre-sales function and take ownership in the growth of their Tier 1 silicon relationships. Their customers are across all industries, with the majority of their projects being in emerging technologies such as ADAS, RISC-V and AI/ML! This role requires expert knowledge of embedded software including, RTOS, bare metals and low-level drivers as well as embedded debugging skills. Good knowledge of embedded security is an added advantage. This role will eventually grow into a Global FAE Director position so having the eagerness to become a manager or even previous experience building and leading technical teams is great!  

Remote role in EU

Requirements:

• Relevant technical degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.
• Excellent embedded software knowledge.
• A good understanding of the semiconductor IP ecosystem with security experience being a major advantage.
• A problem solver who can support customers both technically and commercially.
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
