Senior Field Application Engineer

Based in Munich, this is a new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Field Application Engineer to join a global company specialised in energy management technology for electrical devices.

Reporting to the VP European Sales, the Senior Field Application Engineer will be responsible for supporting European customers, ensuring that the company’s sensor products are optimised for customer’s systems. This role has particular focus on the automotive sector and will see the Senior Field Application Engineer acting as a daily interface between Sales Managers and Business Leaders to ensure the best levels of customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role as Senior Field Application Engineer, you will have:

• A University degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or similar
• A proven background in the sensor or Semiconductor industry
• Experience in the Automotive field would be beneficial (although not essential)
• Fluent language skills in English and German
• Exceptional customer-facing skills, and an ability to travel, up to 30-40%
