Senior Field Application Engineer (FAE) – GaN based power devices.

My client is a start-up company aiming to use GaN technology to develop various power devices for better energy efficiency.

As a Senior Field Application Engineer (FAE), all we need from you is being a representative for the company in China region to introduce our leading edge GaN products for power supplies, mobile chargers and adapters and other industrial and automotive applications.

You will be based in Shenzhen, China.

Requirements:

• Strong previous experience working as a Field Application Engineer (FAE) in a semiconductor environment, preferrable to have knowledge related to GaN products.
• Demonstrable experience of working with SMPS engineering and applications
• Familiar with PFC+LLC, and Flyback topology
• University & Major degree in Electronic Engineering or a similar subject
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills for working with customers and internal teams.
