I’m currently supporting a client based in Reading looking to continue to grow their hardware team due to ongoing project demands. As the Senior Hardware Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology used by many leading companies for critical communication systems.

As a Senior Hardware Design Engineer, you will lead a technical team responsible for taking requirements through the product lifecycle. The successful Senior Hardware Engineer will need to demonstrate experience in high-speed digital circuit design of complex electronics systems.  

Essential requirements:

• Experience with high-speed digital circuit design, and knowledge of microprocessors or complex high-performance architectures and interfacing FPGAs.
• Experience with full lifecycle design, and proven experience taking products from concept through to manufacture.
• Hands-on experience with debugging and testing boards.
• Experience leading small design teams and managing project timeframes.
