Senior Hardware Engineer

We’re partnered with a client developing applications within the telecommunications sector, delivering innovative solutions globally and looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Hardware Engineer:

• Design and maintain hardware designs encompassing digital, FPGA, analogue, and PSU functions.
• Conduct circuit design, simulation, and prototyping.
• Prepare schematic diagrams, bill of materials, and layout guidelines.
• Organise prototype manufacturing, including component procurement and liaison with subcontractors.
• Collaborate with test engineers to develop comprehensive DVT and production tests.
• Execute full design verification testing and regulatory pre-compliance testing.
• Maintain product reliability models and contribute to DFT and DFM for new products.

Ideal Candidate Technical Experience:

• Proven experience in electronics hardware design
• Schematic capture, simulation, and board layout.
• Experience working with complex digital circuits.

Desired:

• Exposure to RF electronic design.
• Proficiency in FPGA/VHDL
• Software tools/languages such as C, Linux Script, Labview, and Spice.
