We are hiring a Sr. Business Development Director for a leading confidential Semiconductor company headquartered in Munich.

The Business Development Director will drive growth with a clear strategy to achieve customer satisfaction at all times.

Working closely with the owners of the company, the Business Manager Director will have a "hands on" approach and manage his own clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify & close successfully new business opportunities
  • Establish strong relationships with decision makers at all levels.
  • Define and drive regional growth strategy. Ensuring execution.
  • Strategic planning
Required Skills
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • High level of experience interfacing with customers at C-level
  • Strong technical background
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to recruit and retain talent
  • 4+degree required, engineering or business degree
  • 6+ years of Semiconductor/Electronics experience
