Working closely with the owners of the company, the Business Manager Director will have a "hands on" approach and manage his own clients.
- Identify & close successfully new business opportunities
- Establish strong relationships with decision makers at all levels.
- Define and drive regional growth strategy. Ensuring execution.
- Strategic planning
- Fluent in German and English.
- High level of experience interfacing with customers at C-level
- Strong technical background
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to recruit and retain talent
- 4+degree required, engineering or business degree
- 6+ years of Semiconductor/Electronics experience
